A locally family-owned construction company, A & M has been serving residential customers in the triangle since 2007. We provide reliable, and quality craftsmanship services for our clients regardless of the size of the project.
Aditya Ahlawat owner and manager graduated from Pace University in the Telecommunication management program in 2001. He moved to Apex in 2004 and become a first-time homeowner. The struggle to keep up with the maintenance of the house tempted to start his own company. Started taking on projects in 2006 and built the operations from the ground up. Registered A & M 2017.

We got our Gazebo (on extended deck) installed by A&M fine construction. They patiently worked through the long permit and aprroval process with the town and made to meet all requirements. They followed up and chased all the scheduled the appointments so that we never had to worry about it. The finished gazebo is very beautiful and reflects the personal attention they gave to the project.
